Diana Perossa founded Engineered Utility Solutions, Inc. (EUSI)  in March 2019 with a desire to provide quality, innovative engineering services to public utility clients to ensure safe and reliable system operations. We are a certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) headquartered in the Cypress area of Houston and  licensed and registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Our vision is to focus on practical results to ensure our clients always find value in our participation. Our firm can perform engineering design, drafting, contract development, bidding & award, project management, and construction administration services. We have a passion for the utility industry & take pride being a reliable extension of our client’s teams. With over 26 years of extensive experience in utility engineering as well as utility coordination and construction verification, our President maintains a high level of responsiveness to our clients on every project. We have partnered our firm’s highly skilled expertise & resources with other firms that are equally impressive; the result of our strategic alliance is cost-effective in-depth solutions for our clients. This teaming arrangement allows our small business firm to achieve a balance between the advantages of a small business and those of a larger firm. Our partners’ combined staff and financial resources will act as an extension of the EUSI team, working under the direction of the EUSI Project Manager. The benefit to our clients is a greater capacity to take on a multitude of projects simultaneously.
